Part 3 | Using TikToks and Reels to Market Your Assisted Living Facility | Attention spans have been shrinking over the last 20 years, declining from 2.5 minutes in 2004 to less than 50 seconds today. These trends have affected how we consume content and led to a boom in short-form social media content like TikToks and Instagram Reels. This training will explore short-form social media content through the lens of assisted living communities in Nebraska looking to attract residents, recruit team members, and market themselves. Best practices, strategies, and video templates will be shared so you can start making your own TikToks and Reels immediately.

Part 4 | Mastering Life Safety Rules in Assisted Living Facilities: Ensuring Safety and Compliance | This webinar will delve into the crucial life safety rules that assisted living facilities must adhere to in order to ensure the well-being and protection of their residents. Participants will gain an understanding of the various safety standards and regulatory requirements that are essential for maintaining a safe living environment. 

Objectives: At the completion of the training, the participant will be able to: 

1. Discuss common regulatory questions and responses
2. Understand the importance of effective compliance and documentation
3. Identify life safety challenges and requirements 
4. Understand the role of medication aides and unlicensed staff in assisted living
