Content: Effective leadership is critical in the success of an assisted living facility. This webinar will discuss five traits to be a successful leader. This includes being an effective communicator, building conflict resolution skills, motivating staff with skilled people management, and developing the ability to strategically think and foster adaptability. 

Objectives: At the completion of the training, the participant will be able to: 

  1. Utilize new tools to resolve conflicts
  2. Develop sources of data to include in strategic decision-making
  3. Explore new methods to motivate staff 

Audience: This program is appropriate for administrators, owners, directors, and team leaders in assisted living communities.
