Content: Trends in senior dining are changing! This training will discuss hot topics in senior dining today, including changing expectations of the senior dining experience, embracing changing demographics, utilizing new technology to reduce staff time, and exploring new menu items. Objectives: At the end of this training, attendees will be able to:

- Create a menu of mocktails, cocktails, and hors d’oeurves
Audience: This program is designed for owners, administrators, directors, dietary managers, food service supervisors, registered dieticians, and dietary staff in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
