Exhibit Booths

Reserve your exhibit space today! Booth space is reserved on a first-paid, first-serve basis. To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 11. 

  • Standard Booth (8′ x 8′): $950 ($1,900 Non-Member)
  • Premier Booth (16′ x 8′): $1,900 ($3,800 Non-Member)

Non-profit Business Associate Members receive a discounted standard booth rate of $750. Must be a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission aligns with NNFA-NALA’s. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Exhibitor Benefits

The Nebraska Nursing Facility Association-Nebraska Assisted Living Association Convention hosts more than 300 nursing facility and assisted living professionals. All exhibitors receive:

Exhibitor Details ▶

Exhibit Booth Specifications:

  • Premier booths include back and side drapes, two chairs, two 6’ tables, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
  • Standard booths include back and side drapes, two chairs, one 6’ table, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
  • Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords for electricity connection (minimum 50’).
  • The Younes Conference Center South exhibit areas are fully carpeted.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for renting additional supplies and coordinating shipping needs.

Exhibit Fee Details:

  • Because of limited space, there is no discount for additional booths.
  • Only one vendor company per booth. If more than one vendor is exhibiting in a booth, each vendor will be charged the booth fee.
  • All booth representatives must be employees of the booth organization listed on agreement.

Extra Meal Tickets:

  • Two lunch tickets are included per booth. Extra tickets are available for $30 each.

Shipping, Storage, Rentals:
Exhibitor freight cannot be received by Younes Conference Center South prior to April 18. Younes Conference Center South reserves the right to charge storage fees for early or oversized shipments. All shipments must have visibly displayed information on each package, including:

  • 2024 Spring NNFA/NALA Convention
  • Full name of the individual claiming the shipment
  • Full address and contact information, including phone number of the company shipping the item

Outbound shipments must be clearly labeled for shipment and scheduled for pick up within two days following the event.

Exhibitor Drawings:

  • If you plan to have a giveaway, please bring your own registration forms and a basket or box to place them in.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for selecting and notifying the winner. It is suggested that you request a cell phone number on the registration form to text the winner onsite. There will be no formal announcement of prize winners.
  • Winners should be directed to pick up their prize at the respective exhibitor table by the close of the trade show at 2:00 p.m.
  • If prizes are not picked up, exhibitors are responsible for delivery and shipment of prizes to the respective winner.

Distribution of Food or Beverages:
Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages at their booths. Food or beverages must be purchased from Younes Hospitality by contacting Chantelle Batie at [email protected] or 308-234-7330.

NNFA-NALA does not guarantee exclusive representation of a product/service at the trade show.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Reach Nebraska’s long-term care professionals by serving as a convention sponsor. All convention sponsors receive their company logo on the sponsor webpage, housekeeping slides, and designated signage. All convention sponsors receive one sponsor profile with their logo, website, and description in the mobile app.

  • [SOLD] Photo Booth $3,250 ($4,250 Non-Member). Single sponsor. See your company’s logo on photos printed at the photo booth on the trade show floor and on social media.
  • Charging Station $2,500 ($3,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Decorate and display sponsor-provided swag on round table at front of conference center for members to sit and recharge their devices.
  • Pop-Its $2,500 ($3,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Get in the hands of attendees with your company logo on pop-its placed at tables during the opening session/keynote.
  • [SOLD] Lanyards $2,000 ($3,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. See your company’s name on attendees’ name badge lanyards.
  • Snack Station $1,500 ($2,000 Non-Member). Single sponsor per day. Table space next to snack station and opportunity to display sponsor-provided swag throughout the day of sponsorship.
  • Lunch Stations $1,500 ($2,500 Non-Member). Four sponsors. Your company logo on signage at designated lunch station and on directional signage on the trade show floor.
  • Card My Yard $1,500 ($2,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Sponsor logo on Card My Yard display outside conference center to welcome attendees.
  • [SOLD] Catchbox $1,500 ($2,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your company’s logo on a Catchbox mic that will be thrown into audience at select sessions.
  • [SOLD] Wi-Fi $1,500 ($2,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your company’s logo will be printed on signage placed throughout the convention center and on housekeeping slides.
  • Pens $1,250 ($1,750 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your logo will be printed on pens provided to each convention attendee.
  • General Convention Sponsorship $650 ($1,150 Non-Member). Multiple sponsors.
  • [SOLD] Game App $250. Five sponsors. Drive attendees to your booth by sponsoring a challenge in the EventZee game app. Convention attendees will be given multiple challenges in the app to compete for a prize. Includes sponsor logo in the EventZee app and a unique challenge directing attendees to visit the sponsor’s booth.

Nebraska Health Care Foundation | Gifts Across Nebraska Auction and Raffle
Your company can show its support of Nebraska Health Care Foundation’s mission to meet the educational, workforce, and emergency needs of Nebraska’s nursing and assisted living communities by donating a gift basket or item of value to the Gifts Across Nebraska fundraiser. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own reservations and sleeping rooms. Room blocks can be found on the Accommodations tab. When making reservations, be sure to identify yourself as a vendor for the NNFA/NALA trade show. Please make reservations by March 22, 2024 to guarantee NNFA/NALA room rates.

Reservation and Payment

  • Tier Sponsors receive first opportunity to reserve exhibit space and sponsorships, followed by Business Associate Members, then non-members.
  • Booth space and sponsorships are reserved on a first-paid, first-serve basis.
  • To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 11.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in the NNFA/NALA office after April 11.
