Content: The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a progressive program that is based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Participants move from the Bronze level, to Silver, and then ultimately to Gold. The developmental nature of this program allows facilities to put processes and systems in place to improve the care and service to residents.

Bring your teams and join us for a Quality Award workshop facilitated by Cathy Bergland. Cathy has facilitated several sessions for NHCA and is well-received for her knowledgeable and practical approach. She is a trainer, judge, and examiner for the Quality Award Program, as well as the Chair of the Quality Award Board.
