Click the Register Myself button, choose your transcript option, complete the school transcript questions (click Save Responses), complete your personal information (click Submit), and then click Check Out & Confirm Registration to continue to checkout.

Transcripts will not be faxed or emailed.

Request a copy of high school, college, or GED transcript be sent directly Nebraska Health Care Association at the following address, if requesting credit within six months of the training end date. Transcripts cannot pass students hands and will not be accepted.
