Nebraska Health Care Association, a nonprofit serving Nebraska’s nursing homes and assisted living communities, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. As a full-time Event Coordinator, you will work alongside the Marketing and Membership team to craft and deploy a variety of events, including educational workshops for 10-50 participants, an annual conference for 400 attendees, a golf tournament, and signature events for C-level executives.

The Event Coordinator will execute event details from start to finish. Responsibilities include establishing event processes and procedures and coordinating with event attendees, speakers, and special guests, all while exemplifying the association’s core values of Stewardship, Quality, Integrity, and Professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience coordinating events for 300+ attendees
  • Customer service acumen
  • Ability to engage with both internal teams and external contractors
  • Knowledge of hotel and venue BEOs
