Description
· Management level nursing position that maintains direct contact with patients and integration with patient care
· Responsible for coordinating, training, scheduling, and team development among the nursing staff
· Manages the continuing education of the nursing staff
· Maintains an ongoing quality assurance program
· Assists in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans
· Leads others through actions consistent with and serve our culture
· Participates in facility surveys by government agencies
