Nebraska Health Care Association offers education opportunities in two ways — through Nebraska Health Care Learning Center's college credit courses, as well as NHCA's continuing education trainings, webinars, and conventions.

 Nebraska Health Care Learning Center

Nebraska Health Care Learning Center (NHCLC) is a private, post-secondary career school licensed and accredited by the Nebraska Department of Education, offering:

  • Activity Director Training
  • Assisted Living Administrator Training
  • Basic Nursing Assistant Training
  • Medication Aide Training
  • Social Service Designee Training
  • State Testing

 NHCA Continuing Education

Nebraska Health Care Association offers in-person, online, and hybrid training and education for a variety of health care-related positions, especially those found in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Opportunities include workshops, webinars, on-demand trainings, and a yearly convention and summit.

Scholarships are made available by Nebraska Health Care Foundation.

 NHCA Education Speakers

Nebraska Health Care Association regularly seeks speakers for conventions, workshops, webinars, and on-demand education. If you are interested in presenting on a topic relevant to Nebraska skilled nursing facilities and/or assisted living communities, please submit a Call for Presentation.
