Content: This webinar will review changes to the MDS that impact the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). Areas of concern that may affect reimbursement will be discussed.

Objectives: At the completion of the training, the participant will be able to: 

  1. Identify sections of the MDS that impact Medicaid reimbursement rates
  2. Describe potential areas of concern in the MDS update that may impact Medicaid reimbursement rates
  3. Navigate issues concerning MDS changes that may impact Medicaid reimbursement rates

Audience: This program is appropriate for administrators, owners, directors, directors of nursing, MDS coordinators, nurses, social services, rehabilitation, dietary, and activities staff in skilled nursing facilities.

Format: Virtual only. An internet connection is required. NHCA uses Zoom as the webinar platform. You may participate from any computer and most mobile devices that have internet access.
