Content: This webinar will review changes made to the MDS Sections H, I, J, K, N, O, and Q as well as other appendix/chapter changes. This includes changes to item sets related to pain management, nutrition, high-risk drug classes, special treatments, and goal setting.
Objectives: At the completion of the training, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the changes to item sets in Sections H, I, J, K, N, O, and Q and other appendix/chapter changes of the MDS
- Describe the changes to item sets in MDS Sections H, I, J, K, N, O, and Q and other appendix/chapter changes of the MDS
- Deploy the changes to item sets in MDS Sections H, I, J, K, N, O, and Q and other appendix/chapter changes of the MDS
Audience: This program is appropriate for administrators, owners, directors, directors of nursing, MDS coordinators, nurses, social services, rehabilitation, dietary, and activities staff in skilled nursing facilities.

Format: Virtual only. An internet connection is required. NHCA uses
