Bring your teams and join us for a Quality Award workshop facilitated by Cathy Bergland. Cathy has facilitated several sessions for NHCA and is well-received for her knowledgeable and practical approach. She is a trainer, judge, and examiner for the Quality Award Program, as well as the Chair of the Quality Award Board.  

In this one-day, in-person workshop participants will examine the requirements and draft initial framework of the AHCA/NCAL Bronze National Quality Award Application. Participants will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to use the criteria as an improvement tool, and to better focus and accelerate your performance excellence efforts.
