Exhibit Booths:

Reserve your exhibit space today! Booth space is reserved on a first-paid, first-serve basis. To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 13. 

• Standard Booth (8′ x 8′): $800 ($1,600 Non-Member)
• Premier Booth (16′ x 8′): $1,750 ($3,500 Non-Member)

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Reach Nebraska’s long-term care professionals by serving as a convention sponsor. All convention sponsors receive their company logo on the sponsor webpage, housekeeping slides, and designated signage. All convention sponsors receive one sponsor profile with their logo, website, and description in the mobile app.

• Drink Tickets $2,750 ($3,750 Non-Member). Two sponsors. Your company’s logo will appear on drink tickets distributed to convention attendees.
• Tote Bags $2,500 ($3,000 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your company’s logo will be printed on tote bags distributed to convention attendees.
• Name Badges $2,250 ($2,750 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your company’s logo will be printed on attendees’ name badges.
• Lanyards $2,000 ($2,500 Non-Member). Single sponsor. See your company’s name on attendees’ name badge lanyards.
• Break $1,500 ($2,000 Non-Member). Single sponsor per break. Your company’s name on break signage, convention app, and marketing materials, as well as verbal recognition.
• Pens $1,250 ($1,750 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your logo will be printed on pens provided to each convention attendee.
• Coffee Cup Sleeves $1,250 ($1,750 Non-Member). Single sponsor. Your company’s logo will be printed on coffee cup sleeves available at beverage stations.
• General Convention Sponsorship $650 ($1,150 Non-Member). Multiple sponsors.

Care PAC Opportunities:

Exclusive networking opportunities are available to those who contribute to Care PAC, NHCA’s political action fund. Must be a member to contribute.
